Long-established Energy Brokers & Consultants based in Beckenham are seeking persuasive and compelling individual who is motivated to succeed in dynamic and evolving energy industry.
In your role you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining the existing client base, predominantly over the telephone.

Quality candidates start their career as Energy Brokers and develop to become Senior Energy Brokers within 1 year.

You will act as trusted advisers to some of the UK and World’s well-known brands.
- Telephone based sales experience preferential
- An articulate and clear telephone manner.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills

- The ability to build rapport with clients
You will be expected to:
- Call customers from supplied contacts list
- Identify new business opportunities
- Sign new and existing customers into contracts with new billing tariffs
- Work to achieve targets
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A-C grade GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths
- Strong communication skills
- Strong written/admin skills
- Target/commission driven
- Motivated with a desire to succeed
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a B2B energy sales environment will be a distinct advantage, but is not a prerequisite for the role
Less experienced candidates will be considered if they can demonstrate good numerical skills and the motivation to learn and progress.
The remuneration package consists of basic salary, commission and bonus to give realistic OTE of £25k in the first year, £30k+ in the second year and £50k+ thereafter.
